Judge rules against NCAA in case over using athlete's likeness in videogames


After a group of former college athletes including Ed O'Bannon sued the NCAA and EA over the (uncompensated) use of their likeness in videogames, EA settled last year and that looks like it was a good move. ESPN reports that today a judge has ruled in favor of the athletes, saying the "NCAA rules unreasonably restrain trade."
