So there's this free Engadget Expand shindig happening November 7-8 at the Javits Center in New York City that you've probably heard about. We've announced a bunch of exciting speakers, including RJD2 and Arati Prabhakar (who heads up DARPA), and plenty more will be added soon. You're super pumped and can't wait to experience the future of technology, but don't live anywhere near NYC. What's someone like yourself to do?
Here's where our "In The City" sweepstakes comes in. We're going to fly one winner (maybe you!) and a guest (your girlfriend, boyfriend, court-appointed guardian, parole officer... whoever you want!) to the Big Apple, put you up in a delightful nearby hotel for three nights -- all so that you can enjoy Engadget Expand in person.
We're also giving away 10 Google Chromecasts, because if you can't be in New York, you might as well sit on your couch in your underwear and enjoy the live feed from our stage.
First things first
Do you have a user profile on Engadget? If so, there's a way you can earn more entries in this sweepstakes. Create a profile and fill up your "Gadget list" (like the one above) with at least 5 gadgets you had, have or want. Then, enter your username in the entry form below and we'll give you 5 bonus entries. (Of course, if you've already done this, you'll still get the extras -- this isn't only for noobs).
Let's talk
If you've seen our "Sound Off" and "Feedback Loop" posts, you likely know all about our forums. They're a great way to talk about the technology issues you're passionate about with your fellow Engadget readers. Start a discussion and we'll give you 5 more bonus entries. (A recent one you've posted will count too). You'll need to add the URL of the post into the entry form below in order to receive credit for the bonus.
How to Enter
You have until 11:59PM ET on Tuesday, October 7th to enter using the Rafflecopter entry form / widget below. By entering the sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the official rules (so make sure you review them before you enter -- and we're sorry, but this is only open to residents of the 48 contiguous United States). Good luck!
