The cloud has been a solid source of income for Microsoft, and while the company is still in the middle of a huge transition, the future is looking bright under recently appointed CEO Satya Nadella. Today, Microsoft released its earnings for the first fiscal quarter, in which the main takeaway is that its Devices and Consumer revenue grew by 47 percent, to $10.96 billion, and a total of $23.20 billion, signifying an increase of 25 percent compared to the same period last wear. In other words, business is superb over in Redmond.
