A new service called Prime Now is launching today, which will let Prime members order "tens of thousands" of "daily essentials" for immediate delivery. The new service looks like a response to Google's same-day Shopping Express launched earlier this year. It'll give you the option of picking a one- or two-hour delivery option between 6AM and midnight, with a tracking option from within Amazon's smartphone app. It's launching in Manhattan, but Amazon has promised that it'll soon be coming "to a city near you."
